Job summary

Dunkin' - Cafua Management Company is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Peabody, MA to support the Restaurant Manager in developing a skilled team and delivering great guest experiences. You will help develop Crew and Shift Leaders while driving profitable top-line sales.

Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, training, scheduling, inventory, and cost control to maintain brand standards and a guest-first culture.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required to operate POS and administrative tasks.
• Ability to count money and make change.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Fluent English required for guest interactions and teamwork.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintain staffing levels.
• Communicate job expectations to employees and ensure training per guidelines.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed including Red Book responsibilities.
• Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability and adhere to security and cash handling procedures.
• Demonstrate competency in weekly inventory process and analysis.
• Demonstrate competency in writing crew schedules and monitoring labor.
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
