Cafua Management Company, a Dunkin franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a capable team and delivering great guest experiences. You will help develop Crew and Shift Leaders while supporting profitable top-line sales.

The role emphasizes training, scheduling, cost control, and adherence to brand standards, with a focus on safety, food safety, and guest satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Basic computer skills required.
• Able to count money and make change.
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintain staffing levels for projected sales.
• Communicate job expectations to employees and ensure training is completed.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safe, healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
