Job summary

Cafua Management Company, a Dunkin franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in developing a team, delivering great guest experiences, and driving profitable top line sales. You will recruit, hire, onboard and develop staff, communicate expectations, maintain brand standards and safety, and drive labor productivity and guest service.

Fluent English, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English; basic computer skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand 6+ hours.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations and ensure training per guidelines.
• Maintain brand standards, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Drive sales and track results.
• Write crew schedules and monitor labor performance.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Execute product roll-outs and team training.
