Dunkin' Donuts Cafua Management Company is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in developing a team that delivers great guest experiences and profitable top-line sales.

You will assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing crew and shift leaders, while ensuring safety, compliance, and brand standards across daily operations. Fluency in English and U.S. work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Able to count money and make change.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English.
• Open availability to work all shifts.

Responsabilités

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations and ensure training is completed.
