Job summary

Cafua Management Company, a Dunkin' Donuts franchise in the United States, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist the Restaurant Manager with team development and guest experiences. You will help recruit, train and supervise Crew and Shift Leaders while supporting profitable top-line results.

The role requires basic computer skills, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand long hours, and compliance with safety and labor guidelines. Excellent English and U.S. work authorization are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for point-of-sale and reporting.
• Ability to count money and make change accurately.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees to meet staffing needs.
• Communicate job expectations and ensure training per guidelines.
• Maintain a guest-first culture and ensure safe, sanitary operations.
• Execute brand standards and recipes, including Red Book duties.
• Develop action plans to improve production, quality and guest service.
• Review guest feedback and drive improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Follow cash handling procedures and security protocols.
• Create crew schedules and monitor labor performance daily.
• Support product roll-outs and track sales against goals.
