Job summary

Dunkin' - Cafua Management Company is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a strong team and delivering great guest experiences. You will help develop Crew and Shift Leaders and ensure daily operations run profitably.

The role focuses on staffing, training, safety, brand standards, inventory, scheduling, and driving sales while maintaining a guest-first culture across our Dunkin restaurants.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and cash handling experience.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 6+ hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees while maintaining staffing levels.
• Communicate job expectations and ensure training per guidelines.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Create a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and compliant operations per laws.
• Ensure brand standards and systems, including Red Book.
• Assist in planning production and service standards.
• Review guest feedback and implement action plans.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Follow security and cash handling procedures.
• Demonstrate competency in weekly inventory and labor scheduling.
• Execute new product rollouts, trainings, marketing.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
