Job summary

Cafua Management Company, a Dunkin franchisee, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead a team in delivering top guest experiences under Dunkin and franchisee standards. You will drive profitability by managing operations, food safety, staffing, and guest service excellence.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, uphold brand standards, and implement marketing and training initiatives while ensuring legal compliance and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours
• Must be 18+ years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in restaurant or retail
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop employees
• Communicate job expectations to employees
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employees’ performance
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when appropriate
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and compliant restaurant operations
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed
• Complete action plans and drive production, quality, and guest service standards
• Set sales goals and track results
