• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback and implement action plans.
• Communicate priorities and results to the team.
• Assist with new product rollouts, training, marketing and sampling.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and compliance with laws.
• Support RM with labor scheduling and staffing.
• Recruit, hire, and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach staff to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
