Baskin-Robbins is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, Shift Leaders and Team in a busy Florida location. You will perform duties in RM's absence and help drive guest experiences, profitability and brand standards.

You will lead team meetings, oversee training, schedule labor, maintain food safety and sanitation, and ensure brand standards. The role emphasizes strong leadership, cost control, and guest focus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and assist Restaurant Manager
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify staff
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are followed
• Create a guest-focused culture and drive guest satisfaction
• Support RM with weekly labor scheduling and staffing
• Assist with inventory and vendor orders
• Maintain safe and sanitary environment per laws
• Communicate priorities and results to the team
• Support new product rollouts and in-store marketing
