Church's Chicken is seeking an Assistant General Restaurant Manager to work under the Restaurant General Manager in FieldOperations. You will oversee hands-on daily activities, help implement Church's initiatives, and strive to meet sales and profitability targets while handling banking and administrative tasks.

You will assist in training, scheduling, inventory control, policy enforcement, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant industry.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant General Manager in training employees.
• Assists in staffing and prepares weekly schedules.
• Helps during high volume periods as needed.
• Administers paperwork timely and accurately.
• Analyzes profit and loss statements and helps meet sales plans.
• Maintains accurate inventory.
• Enforces company policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with laws and safety standards.
• Maintains clean dining and work areas.
• Delivers high quality products each shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
