Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• ServSafe® food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant General Manager in training all employees.
• Assist in staffing and weekly scheduling.
• Help during high volume periods as needed.
• Administer paperwork in a timely manner.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and meet sales plans.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Deliver consistent, high quality products daily, every shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
