So Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations across multiple locations. You will supervise staff, manage POS transactions, ensure safety and cleanliness, and maintain exceptional guest satisfaction.

The role requires high energy, strong leadership, and the ability to train and motivate teams while keeping operations aligned with company standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High School or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive leadership and maintain high energy at all times.
• Supervise staff, ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee payments and POS transactions with accuracy.

• Greet guests, inform on specials, and answer questions about menu and service.
• Assist with training and development for team members.
• Ensure operations align with company standards and local regulations.
• Support local store marketing programs and effective cost controls.
