Job summary

Hireology is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising service staff, and maintaining high service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires at least 2 years of full-service restaurant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-service restaurant experience; supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess current TAM, Health, and Non-Gaming Cards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure guest experience meets or exceeds expectations.
• Coach team to build relationships with guests.
• Maintain food handling, sanitation, and presentation standards.
• Monitor budget and financial transactions within guidelines.
• Assist with labor costs, scheduling, payroll, and admin duties.
• Collaborate with management and culinary teams for smooth operations.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
