Job summary

Baskin-Robbins in Houston is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will step in during absences and help manage floor operations, training, and brand standards to ensure safety and profitability.

You will lead team meetings, oversee training programs, schedule staff, and monitor performance to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management abilities.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings, along with Restaurant Manager
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members
• Support RM in completion of weekly labor schedule ensuring shifts are staffed
• Assist RM in assigning staff and deployment
• Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation compliance
• Control costs to maximize profitability
• Engage with Dunkin’ Brands Field Operations team as appropriate
