Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the Dunkin' team in delivering great guest experiences and profitable top-line sales. You will support Restaurant Manager in developing Crew and Shift Leaders and will fulfill accountabilities as assigned.

Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, ensuring staffing levels, maintaining safety and sanitation, executing brand standards, and driving guest satisfaction through effective coaching and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Basic writing skills are required.
• Basic computer skills are expected.
• Proficiency in math and financial management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly.
• Support the development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and compliance with laws.
• Ensure brand standards and recipes are followed.
• Help implement action plans to improve production, productivity, quality and guest service.
