Job summary

Dunkin' in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in developing a capable team and delivering friendly guest experiences and profitable top-line sales.

You will help recruit and train crew and shift leaders, ensure brand standards, safety and sanitation guidelines, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive action plans and performance reviews. This is a full-time role based on-site.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic writing skills.
• High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Proficient in math and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance.
• Support the development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are staffed to achieve guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production and guest service standards.
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
