Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Dunkin' Team. You will provide strong, positive leadership to deliver friendly guest experiences, ensure operational excellence, and help drive profitable top-line sales in accordance with brand and franchisee standards.

You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management, while maintaining safety, sanitation, and brand standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Strong math and financial management skills.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop employees; communicate expectations; monitor and review performance; provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain a guest-first culture and ensure adequate staffing across shifts to meet guest service goals.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and applicable laws; uphold brand standards and systems.
• Control costs and execute in-restaurant promotions and new product roll-outs; set and track sales goals.
