Job summary

You will recruit and train staff, ensure safety and cleanliness, control costs, and execute promotions to grow top-line sales and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Strong math and financial management capabilities for budgeting and cost control.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Must be at least 18 years old where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop their employees.
• Communicate job expectations to their employees and monitor performance.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employees’ performance; provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain guest-first culture and ensure staffing levels meet service goals.
• Control costs and execute in-restaurant promotions and marketing efforts.
• Set sales goals and track results; ensure brand standards and safety guidelines are followed.
