Job summary

You will assist in coaching Crew and Shift Leaders, ensure brand standards, safety and food safety compliance, and drive guest satisfaction through daily operations and targeted action plans.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Basic writing skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in math and financial management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Support the development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, clean environment following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement improvements.
