Culinaire, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Miami Lakes Hotel to drive restaurant operations and guest satisfaction. You will coach teams, manage inventory and costs, and support catering and events to elevate service standards.

Competenze

• 4+ years of restaurant/hospitality leadership experience.
• Proven supervision, coaching, and team development experience.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and service excellence.
• Experience with inventory management and cost controls preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Associate degree in Hospitality, Business, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
