Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with Citadel employees and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Chef and management to build menus aligned with client standards.
• Own the account's P&L and budgeting to ensure financial success.
• Work with marketing and culinary teams to roll out new programs for Citadel employees.
• Drive operational improvements and best practices in service delivery.
