Join our Constellation Culinary Events team as a full-time Service & Hospitality Manager in Miami, FL! You will partner with event producers to deliver large-scale events, train and support our service team, and ensure a polished guest-facing experience across venues and off-site sites.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in hospitality or catering with a focus on front-of-house leadership, large-event execution, and exceptional hospitality at every touchpoint. Travel 20–30% locally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality, banquet, or operations management in high-volume settings.
• Strong hospitality instincts with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends to support events.
• Experience in event execution and on-site management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement service models for venues and events.
• Collaborate with Event Producers on walk-throughs and planning.
• Act as regional subject matter expert for event execution and service.
