Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a well-rounded Assistant Restaurant Manager to elevate the guest dining experience toward excellence. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the dinner service operations and oversee a team including servers, bartenders, greeters, and support staff, ensuring five-star service.

You will collaborate with culinary and events teams, monitor budget and labor costs, participate in menu planning and promotions, and provide ongoing training

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills and an innovative mindset.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team of professionals.
• 2–3 years' hospitality experience.
• Valid Food Handler’s card and TIPs certification.
• Knowledge of Forbes service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily restaurant dinner service operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the dinner team; schedule shifts.
• Monitor food safety and sanitation per regulations.
