The ideal candidate has 2–3 years’ hospitality leadership experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage schedules, costs, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to motivate and lead a team of professionals.
• Applicants are required to have 2–3 years' experience.
• Must possess valid Food Handler's card.
• Knowledge of Forbes service standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Wine and spirit knowledge and service training knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Leading, training, and motivating the breakfast team, including servers, bartenders, greeters, and support staff; scheduling shifts and managing labor costs.
