Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dinner service operations to ensure smooth, five-star service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the dinner team and manage labor costs.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation per health regulations.
• Coordinate with culinary to plan menus and seasonal offerings.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for profitability.
• Solicit and analyze guest feedback to improve dining experiences.
• Support events and group bookings for a seamless guest experience.
• Provide ongoing staff training and recognition programs.
• Assist General Manager with strategic planning and performance reviews.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
