Responsibilities include recruiting and training crew, maintaining brand standards, managing safety and sanitation, and driving profitability through effective operations and guest service. You will role-model leadership and help grow future leaders within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• English fluency required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic writing skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance.
• Support the development of team members.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and healthy environment following laws.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
