Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Outlet Supervisor in Frisco, TX, to assist the Outlet Manager in planning and managing the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets. The role focuses on achieving customer satisfaction, service quality, policy compliance, and financial goals.

Key duties include supervising servers, ensuring cleanliness, coordinating events, and communicating effectively with staff while adhering to liquor regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to use point of sale systems.
• Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers and busperson adherence to service standards.
• Supervise service of guests and be attentive to guest needs.
• Assist Outlet Manager in planning and managing Restaurant, Room Service and other F&B outlets.
• Maintain HEI standards for banking and reporting.
• Coordinate daily with restaurant manager on events, house counts and coverage.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of restaurant areas and service stands.
