Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking an Outlet Associate to assist the Outlet Manager in maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area and to provide guests with stellar service during breakfast.

You will clear tables, reset service ware, maintain stations, replenish breakfast items, and ensure attendance reliability. The role offers hourly pay, strong benefits, and opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with/without accommodations.
• Ability to move/push goods up to 150 lbs with/without accommodations.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and reset tables.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meals.
• Take care of guests with breakfast and replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
