You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and compliance with ServSafe, cash handling, and food safety standards, while participating in the University of Perkins program and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have prior supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and vendors.
• ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing restaurant operations and manpower.
• Aim to achieve plan profit levels while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, CC information, gift cards, and guest check payments accurately.
• Plan staffing and training to ensure sufficient development of employees.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and new hire orientation.
• Attend the University of Perkins and complete coursework; achieve ServSafe certification.
