Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
• Achieve plan profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Plan and analyze unit manpower including recruitment, training and orientation.
• Attend training and maintain ServSafe certification.
• Ensure proper food preparation, portioning and presentation per standards.
• Schedule and staff to meet productivity and service standards.
• Maintain facility and equipment with preventive maintenance and safety compliance.
• Monitor inventory and controls for food and non-food items.
