Qualifications

• One to two years' supervisory experience in food service.

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze administration and operations manpower.
• Achieve planned profit levels while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit card information, gift cards and guest payments.
• Assist in planning and analysis of restaurant unit manpower, including recruitment and training.
• Attend Perkins University coursework and complete all required training.
• Achieve and maintain ServSafe certification.
• Ensure menu items are prepared, portioned and presented to standard.
• Monitor food temperatures and sanitation to reduce risk factors.
