Charter Foods, a franchisee of Taco Bell, is seeking an {{position_name}} to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards and brand standards. As a supervisor, you will take ownership to solve problems with a smile, guide others, and ensure duties, inventory, and financial accountability are managed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week and availability to cover shifts.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy and reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding standards.
• Lead and guide Team Members and Shift Managers to complete duties and control inventory.
• Maintain financial accountability and ensure timely, safe, quality food service.
• Foster a safe environment for employees and customers while resolving issues with a positive attitude.
