Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy; reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift up to 50 lbs., and manage waste.
• Able to clean parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.

Responsabilités

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Take ownership to solve problems, guide others, and ensure duties are completed by Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Ensure safe, high-quality food is delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.
