Charter Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Restaurant General Manager in running smooth shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards and brand guidelines.

You will take ownership of tasks, help teammates, and ensure team members complete duties while maintaining safety, inventory control, and financial accountability. A friendly, solution-oriented approach is essential for delivering great service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Strong analytical and budgeting abilities.
• Basic math and inventory management skills.
• Ability to operate computer systems and POS hardware.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM in running shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards and brand guidelines.
• Oversee team members and ensure safe, quality food.
• Manage inventory and financial accountability.
