Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding brand standards. You will guide Team Members and Shift Managers, manage inventory, and ensure timely, safe service of quality meals.

Role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong analytical skills, basic computer literacy, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical ability.
• Able to sweep, mop, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform duties.
• Able to clean parking lot and surrounding grounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Provide leadership and problem-solving with a positive attitude.
