Job summary

Border Foods LLC in Minnetonka, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and build a strong, guest‑focused team. You will reinforce our CORE values and drive safe, fast, and friendly service with quality food.

The role requires experience in sales, P&L management, recruiting, and training, plus a commitment to scheduling, coaching, and compliance with health and safety standards. Excellent leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience; or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Willing to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays; minimum 50 hours/week.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong team.
• Drive safe, fast, and friendly service with quality food.
• Schedule Team Members and hold them accountable to standards.
• Maintain POS system and implement pricing and menu changes.
