Border Foods LLC in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold our CORE values, and deliver safe, high‑quality food with a friendly guest experience.

You will coach team members, schedule shifts, manage budget and POS tasks, ensure health and safety, and support career growth in a dynamic, people‑first culture that rewards performance and development. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
