Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding brand standards. You will take ownership to solve problems with a smile, guide team members, and ensure duties are completed on schedule.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a 50-hour work week, basic computer literacy, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Basic computer literacy

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and meeting standards
• Lead and guide Team Members and Shift Managers
• Manage inventory and financial accountability
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers
• Ensure safe, quality food is delivered to customers in a timely manner
