Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards. You will own and solve problems with a smile, guide team members, and ensure duties, inventory, and financial accountability are maintained.

A safe environment for staff and customers is key.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and solve problems with a smile; guide others.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties and manage inventory.
• Maintain financial accountability and safe, quality food delivery to customers.
• Create a safe environment for employees and customers.
