Charter Foods, a franchisee in the Food & Beverage industry, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and oversee shifts. You will guide team members, manage inventory, and uphold Charter Foods and brand standards, solving problems with a smile and a proactive approach.

You will help ensure safe, high-quality food delivery, maintain financial accountability, and foster a positive environment for staff and customers in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility.
• 50–hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards.
• Take ownership and guide others to complete duties; solve problems with a positive attitude.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers perform assigned tasks and manage inventory.
• Maintain financial accountability and deliver safe, quality food to customers on time.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe environment for employees and guests.
• Adapt to changing duties as needed by management.
