Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards. You will lead line staff, solve problems with a smile, and ensure safety and quality in every service window.

Responsibilities include supervising 1–3 team members, managing inventory, and maintaining financial accountability while delivering excellent guest experiences and meeting brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and ensuring brand standards.
• Lead Team Members and Shift Managers to complete duties and maintain safety and quality.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Guide others and solve problems with a smile.
