Captain D's in Mississippi is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will drive sales, manage staffing, control costs, uphold food safety and cleanliness, and train Team Members from Day One.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in restaurant/hospitality management and a passion for growth, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications
