Job summary

Nbutexas is opening a high-volume, full-service restaurant and seeks an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team with humility and a hands-on leadership style. You will help build a strong team culture, drive results, and inspire guests through hospitality and excellence from day one.

You will coach and develop staff, maintain high standards in a fast-paced setting, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a full-service front-of-house management role in a high-volume, systems-oriented casual or upscale-casual environment.
• Solid and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, lead by example, and uphold restaurant standards.
• Thick skin to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
