The role emphasizes coaching team members, maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and maintaining a positive, energetic culture with strong communication. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required to support the restaurant’s operations.

Qualifications

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Expectations

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management, Assistant Manager, or Shift Leader experience
• Quick Service, Fast Casual experience preferred
• Positive, energetic, and hands-on leadership style
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate hourly team members
• Ensure outstanding food quality, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating memorable experiences
