Captain D's is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operation and training. You will be accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, cost control, and achieving operations standards while leading teams and developing future leaders.

The ideal candidate is a purpose-driven leader with hospitality focus, excellent communication, and the ability to recruit and engage local talent in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management.
• 18+ years old required.
• Valid driver’s license and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff training.
• Plan and execute strategies to drive sales and control costs.
• Uphold food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop future leaders; lead Day One orientation.
