Captain D’s Nashville is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operation and training. You will be accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, and upholding standards, while leading teams and onboarding new members.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management, strong communication, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management.
• Willing to work 45+ hours per week and flexible schedule.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Background check required.
