Captain D's in Nashville is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and train team members in a fast-paced setting. You will ensure quality, safety, staffing, and cost controls while developing future leaders and maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management, a valid driver's license, and are committed to the Captain D's values. Flexible schedule, weekends and evenings required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and background check required.

You are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams, onboarding new team members and developing future leaders.
