Captain D's in Columbia, SC seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operation and training. You will drive sales, manage staffing, control costs, and uphold standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.

Lead and develop team members while building future leaders in a fast-paced setting. The role requires strong leadership, hospitality focus, and the ability to recruit, train, and engage local talent while maintaining excellent guest experiences.

As a Assistant Restaurant Manager , you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant’s operation and training. You are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams, onboarding new team members and developing future leaders.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Background check required

Physical & Mental Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

• Occasional use of taste/smell; exposure to chemicals and uneven surfaces

Work Conditions

• Flexible schedule: weekends, evenings, holidays
