Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our operations team in Wesley Chapel, FL. This role focuses on leadership, training, coaching, and ensuring top-level customer service across the store. Immediate hiring with opportunities for growth and competitive pay.

You will work with the Restaurant Leader, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and health standards while managing Store performance metrics and staff development.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure service excellence.
• Lead training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for staff at all levels.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
