Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Florida to join a dynamic leadership team. You will work full-time with a focus on training, coaching, and customer service excellence across all shifts.

You’ll ensure health and safety standards are met while driving store performance through effective use of P&L and reports. You will collaborate with the Restaurant Leader to develop staff, supervise daily operations, and promote a positive customer experience in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and delivering customer service excellence.
• Ability to train and coach staff to standards and policies.
• Comfort with reading operating manuals and procedures.
• Familiarity with P&L and store reporting to drive improvements.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and provide customer service leadership.
• Train and coach team alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure the restaurant complies with policies and Health Department standards.
• Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation across all items.
